Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns
We have a 15 day policy for returns. You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to submit a return request here. Once a return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. Please note that return shipping will be customer's responsibility unless the incorrect item was received.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our own error, will not be approved for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company first. There may be some processing time for the refund to post to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
There may be items that were on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that is final sale will be noted in the item description.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange an item, please submit a request here. Once your exchange is approved you will receive instructions on how to return the item. The replacement item will only be sent once the returned item is received.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item incorrect upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
